1. Who We Are

Stage Ready Gear LLC (“Stage Ready Gear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Vermont limited liability company based in Montpelier, VT. We sell and loan competitive shooting accessories to USPSA, IDPA, and PCSL competitors.

2. What We Collect

During our pre-launch period, the only personal information we collect is your email address, provided voluntarily when you sign up through the “Get Launch Updates” form on our coming-soon page.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, mailing addresses, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage.

3. Why We Collect It

Your email address is collected for one purpose: to notify you when Stage Ready Gear is approaching or entering its next launch phase. This includes updates such as store opening announcements, Try-Before-You-Buy program availability, and early-access invitations.

When we implement a formal newsletter service, subscribers collected during this pre-launch period will be migrated to that platform. You will receive communications consistent with what you signed up for — launch and store updates. We will not use your email for unrelated marketing without giving you a clear opportunity to opt in or out at that time.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your email address on the basis of your consent, given when you submitted the signup form. You may withdraw that consent at any time by requesting removal (see Section 6).

5. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Email addresses are stored in a secured, access-controlled database hosted on Render (render.com), a U.S.-based cloud infrastructure provider. Access to this database is restricted to authorized Stage Ready Gear personnel only. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your email address with third parties, except as required to operate the mailing list service described in Section 3.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold on you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion — ask us to remove your email address from our list at any time.
• Withdrawal of consent — stop receiving communications from us.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at kurt@stagereadygear.com with the subject line “Data Request.” We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Our coming-soon page does not use cookies, analytics scripts, or any third-party tracking at this time.

8. Children’s Privacy

This site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted their email address to us, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to existing subscribers via email.
